Sahil Brar is a licensed Real Estate Associate operating in Calgary and surrounding areas of Alberta. Sahil grew up with a passion and deep interest in residential home design and development, leading him to pursue a real estate license and an engineering degree. He specializes in residential sales including single family, multi family, and land deals. Sahil is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Calgary, giving him a unique insider perspective on the inner-working systems of structural developments. This, along with his real estate experience, gives him a strong knowledge of both the market and a home’s intrinsic value.

Experience

Sahil has completed a variety of transactions including representing buyers and sellers, as well as land only deals. This also includes recording one of the most expensive residential sales for the community of Whitehorn. Sahil guides his clients through the intricacies of a real estate transaction in order to achieve their goals, whether buying or selling. This allows him to achieve his goal, leaving each client thoroughly satisfied with their transaction. Moving forward, Sahil aims to create a larger network of clientele and build lasting relationships for the future.
